Hi, my name is Anastasia Sabga.  I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with families, couples, and marginalized communities through culturally informed interventions. I grew up in South Florida up until I began college.  Some of my favorite things were (and still are!) plant based cooking and baking, hot yoga, reading cool self-help books, biking, and going to local farmers markets.  I continue to enjoy hobbies such as poetry, simple art activities, and creative writing. I also have a strong passion for social justice related topics and participating in clinical trainings related to these topics.

After finishing my bachelors at Tulane University in New Orleans (aka The Big Easy), I went on to pursue my masters degree in social work from Tulane School of Social Work.  Since I was a kid, I knew I wanted to be a therapist. There was always something in me that wanted to guide others toward their own sense of self-efficacy.  In college, I came to understand that psychotherapy was just one piece of the work I felt called to do. My deeper passion is in social work, helping connect people to resources that are often inaccessible or unknown due to systemic barriers.

I bring my full, down-to-earth self into our sessions—including my humor, my genuine curiosity, and a deep commitment to walking alongside you at a pace that feels safe for you.

I am now seeing clients virtually in Colorado!
